Between allergies, sweat and just the ick from being outside, I always have to pre-cleanse my body (same as my face). Dr. Bronner’s Castile Peppermint Soap has multiple uses in my house, including washing the dog, and it gives me a clean slate to work with! A little goes a VERY long way.

If the peppermint smell might to be overbearing for you, the Dr. Bronner’s Castile Soap Unscented in the way to go. I use this one on the kid every other day and my husband uses it everyday including to wash his beard. Be careful with kids though! This soap is NOT tear free.
Espom Salt- Doesn’t Matter the brand!
I have used Dr. Teals since forever (brand recognition), but the point of epsom in my hygiene regimen is truly to just soak of the day and the wear and tear my body goes through. Whether I’ve been travelling, working the in classroom, or hitting a new personal gym record, epsom salt has always been there to relax my muscles. If I want to regulate my body, I use epsom salt with additional magnesium!
